You have grind for the past four months to reach your fitness goal. Going to the gym, eating clean and even cutting back on drinking alcohol. You have reached the mountain top. So do you do next? Well there are three options you have. You can do just what is needed to sustain your look. You can set new goals and try to go after even more challenging feats. Or you can be satisfied you did what you set out to do and go back to how you lived before your recent transformation.
After all that work it would be a shame to do the latter. At least give yourself time to enjoy the fruits of your labor by sustaining it.
The best answer though is to set new goals. Life is all about setting goals, completing them and setting more. The toughest thing can be getting through the first challenge. Once you have successfully met those targets then you have proof you can truly push yourself. The new goal doesn't have to be something as ambitious as the initial one but make an effort to always strive for an improvement.
