Many people have excuses for why they can't workout but the number one reason tends to be the lack of time. There are 168 hours in a week. Now granted a good amount is dedicated to work and sleep. A 9 to 5 job means you are allocating 40 hours during the weekday. Sleeping takes up around 56 hours if you get the recommended eight hours of sleep. That still leaves you with 72 hours to use as you please.
Now I know I maybe overly simplifying the structure of ones week but just humor me for a second. Four hours of exercising a week will allow you to see a physical change in yourself. So out of the 72 hours in the week, doesn't it seem feasible to dedicate that time to improve your physical and mental wellness? Sometimes the simplest answer is the best answer. So the next time you think you don't have enough time in your week to workout, just remember this.
