The final and most important fitness building block is consistency. It is also the one component people struggle with the most. Our busy work and family life can make keeping a consistent workout routine harder than climbing Mt. Everest. Unexpected events constantly pop up in our day to day that can cause us to lose focus on our goals. It is easy to succumb to those distractions and claim being consistent is too hard but nothing worth having comes easy.
Planning is critical to helping yourself stay as steady with your training as possible. You know your schedule, you know when your day starts to get crazy. For some people working out early in the morning is the only way to fit their exercise in for the day. For others it's after work or during their lunch break. Whenever that time may be, just make sure it is a time that won't become bombarded with interruptions. Staying consistent with your workout regimen will assure you the results you hope to achieve.
