Many of us have all heard the reasons why we have to workout. The dangers of not exercising like, obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease, and even premature death. These are all great reasons why you should exercise on a regular basis but all these have a negative connotation. They can make some want to hide and retreat, rather than leap to action. In my experience, most people thrive more under positive motivation than negative. It's hard to keep psyching yourself up when you are running on an unsprited emotion.
